Nathan is a main character in the science-fiction movie Nathan's Kingdom.

Character creation

Actor Jacob Lince is autistic as well.^[1] Performing Arts Studio West (PASW) reached out to director Olicer Muñoz after seeing his casting call for an actor who knew someone on the spectrum. PASW trains and represents actors with developmental disabilities and through them, Jacob Lince was cast.^[2]

Biography

Nathan is a 25-year-old struggling with his 19-year-old opiate-addicted sister Laura.

Autism

Nathan is stated to be autistic very early in the movie, as well as in a lot of promotional materials.^[3]
