Peter Michael "Little Pete" Ellison is a main character in the Gone series of young adult science-fiction novels by Michael Grant.
Autism
Peter is stated to be autistic in the novel.
Reception
Corinne Duyvis for the Disability in Kidlit blog gave the portrayal of Pete's autism a negative review, saying that Pete's character felt like a prop. She also criticized how Pete's autism is shown as "non-stop pain and suffering".[1]
