Seth Garin is a character in the Stephen King's science-fiction horror novel The Regulators. It is published under the pseudonym Richard Bachman.
Biography
Seth Garin is an 8-year-old boy in the care of his aunt Audrey Wyler since his family was killed 2 years earlier. A demon named Tak is using Seth's body as a vessel. Tak alters the reality of the neighbourhood, using Seth's fantasies as inspiration. Seth is obsessed with Western television series like Bonanza and The Regulators, as well as an action series named MotoKops 2200. Tak manifests the characters from MotoKops 2200 which terrorize the residents of the neighborhood, and transforms the street and surrounding area into a Western-inspired town.
Autism
Seth is stated to be autistic within the novel.
