Leo is major a character in the drama short film Valley of the Moon.

Synopsis

On an overnight bus trip, Leo starts talking to self-absorbed architect Cooper. Leo seems far advanced for his age, reading Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse. After their chat they go back to sleep, and when Cooper wants to talk to Leo again in the morning, his mother reveals that Leo is autistic and nonverbal.

Leo is described as severely autistic by his mother. She says that he has not spoken in 8 years.
